General conditions

IMPORTANT

The electricity consumption included in the price of the stay is calculated based on normal and reasonable use of the facilities. In case of abnormally high consumption (e.g., excessive use of air conditioning), an amount of €100 will be automatically withheld as financial compensation.

RATE INTERPRETATION

The prices shown on this website are per property and per day.

In addition to the rental rates, we offer extra services that are not included in the base price.

PRIVACY OF YOUR DATA

Your personal data will be handled according to applicable data protection laws and will never be shared with third parties for commercial or other purposes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy is strictly non-refundable. The amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded under any circumstances.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Requests regarding apartment location (high floors, low floors, or other preferences) must be discussed with the agency beforehand.

LAUNDRY

Properties do not include bed linens or towels. To know bed sizes, please contact the agency.

DEPOSIT

Upon arrival, a mandatory deposit will be charged on a credit card. This deposit will be refunded after departure unless there is damage to the property or breach of rental conditions. Refund will be processed within 24 to 72 hours after check-out.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in is from 16:00 hours, depending on the season.
In high season, check-out is between 07:00 and 10:00, always by prior arrangement.
In low season, check-in and check-out days and times may be flexible.
In high season, check-ins and check-outs are preferably on Saturdays and within set times.

OCCUPANTS

The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of people stated in the reservation. Exceeding this number will result in immediate eviction without refund.
